PA PSERS VOYA Load missing some records |
Several Pennsylvania customers have reported an issue where sometimes, VOYA records do not load and indicated there was no valid contract when a valid contract existed, and a record should have been loaded. We have determined that the issue was the system was looking at the date a contract was created, rather than the date of the contract itself. This has been corrected in all versions of the PSERS software. |
