This option allows the user to create a listing of certifications based on the criteria the user selects.
To access the PA Certification Report select the following menu path: Main Menu -> Human Resources -> State -> State -> PA Certification Report.
Report Specific Set-up
There is no report specific set-up for the PA Certification Report.
Generating Reports and Files
To generate the report enter selection criteria as a query using the search operators and click on 'Ok'.
Select the report destination. The report can be generated to the screen and then printed in a hard copy format or generated as an Excel file that can be used to generate mailings to employees whose certificates are about to expire.
