DN Record Layout

DN records are used to report building-level organizational information for EMIS financial reporting. Each DN record represents a specific attribute or characteristic of a district building

In the DN record:

The Building IRN identifies the specific facility within the district.
The Attribute Name, Attribute Date, Attribute Text, and Attribute Number fields provide flexibility for reporting various types of building-related data, depending on state requirements.

DN040	District IRN	The six-digit state-assigned Information Retrieval Number (IRN).	17-22	6	Retrieved from the District IRN field on the EMIS Profile page.
DN050	Organization IRN	The district or building's state-assigned six-digit information retrieval number (IRN).	23-28	6	Retrieved from the EMIS Building IRN field on the EMIS Organization General Information page.

DN080	Attribute Text	A code that further describes the attribute name and is the IRN of the ITC that submits EMIS data to ODE on behalf of this EMIS reporting entity.
