Duplicate record error for staff imports |
Ed-Fi Staff Extensions Import now validates duplicate open staff extension records and rejects only the invalid rows during import. If an import row would create a second open/active record for the same employee and value, an error will be received for the row stating, “An open record already exists with StaffType as 1", and will not be imported. In contrast, other valid rows in the same file continue to process successfully. This duplicate-open validation applies to all entity types. The validation checks both existing database records and duplicate open records within the same import file, supports staff ID fallback when employee number is unavailable, and normalizes blank or sentinel dates so open records are detected consistently. |

Ed-Fi Staff Extensions search button functionality updated |
In PEIMS → Data Exchange (Ed-Fi) → Ed-Fi Staff Extensions, the search functionality now activates only when the search button is clicked, preventing unintended filtering triggered by clicks within the results grid. |

Scheduler day-of-week selection update |
In the Ed-Fi Scheduler (PEIMS > Staff Information > Load > Schedule Load), the days-of-week selection combobox previously displayed invalid options alongside the valid weekday choices. Selecting either of these options caused an invalid value to be passed during schedule processing, resulting in a null value in the database's schedule day field. This issue has been resolved. The combobox now restricts selection to valid days of the week, ensuring that schedule records are saved correctly. |

TEAM Load Generates RP25 Records for Redistributions |
The TEAM load has been modified to include redistributed salary amounts when generating payroll records. If salary has been redistributed to or away from federal funding, or reclassified as TRS- or non-TRS-eligible, the RP25 will reflect those changes in wages. The load error log lists the wage changes recorded in those RP25 records. It prompts the user to review them for accuracy and enter the appropriate changes to employer contributions that the TEAM charging process can pick up. |
