QF Record Layout
QF records contain historical actual data for the three years prior, plus projected amounts for the current year and four future years (five years total).
In the QF record:
The Average Annual Change field is multiplied by 100 to preserve two decimal places and is capped at ±999.99%.
Sign fields indicate positive (+) or negative (-) values for the preceding amount.
Line numbers are multiplied by 1000 in the export to accommodate the state's reporting format.
