EMIS Staff Vacancy Report - Import Data - File Layout

The default file name for the sample Excel template is Vacancy_Import_Sample.xlsx.

Column names beginning with an asterisk (*) are required.

*CR070 Position Code

The EMIS-defined code for the type of position that became vacant (for example, classroom teacher, administrator, or support staff).

The EMIS-defined code indicating why the position became vacant.

Common values include retirement, resignation, non-renewal, and termination.
