Prevented Reset of Local Gross Wages for Ohio Local Taxes

In the Human Resources payroll calculations for Ohio local taxes, processing has been improved to prevent the reset of applicable wages for local taxes in certain scenarios where the locality’s tax applies to the Medicare pickup benefit.

This is for version 25.7.
