Added employee number to Employee Timesheets retirement time messages for Ohio

Menu path: Human Resources > Entry & Processing > Post Employee Timesheets

Ohio has a process for updating SERS and STRS retirement time, and lists a message under each employee to indicate which adjustments have been made. The employee number has been added to the message to add clarity in case an edge case for the retirement message is printed before a group of employee records.

EMIS Profile and EMIS Attendance Days Enhancement

EMIS Profile enhancement

• Include Leave Codes and Exclude Leave Codes are now separate to reduce confusion.

  • The Include Leave Codes panel now contains Include Leave Codes From and Include Leave Codes To.

  • The Exclude Leave Codes panel now contains everything except the two drop-downs mentioned above.

EMIS Attendance Days enhancement

• For Include Leave Codes from and to, the days have to be taken from the absolute value of Earned YTD, instead of Taken YTD.

• This applies to both the EMIS Staff Report > Load and EMIS Staff Report > Final Attendance Calculation logic.

• No other logic changes are made for absence days, attendance days, etc.
