|
Calculated during the data load process. The calculated value represents the employee's full annual salary. If the Annual Salary field on the Payroll Information - State Required page contains a value, that value is used. Otherwise, the system calculates the annual salary from active pay rates using salary schedule tables, with different calculations based on pay method (Hourly, Daily, Per Check, Range/Step, or Salary). For wage types X (Non-Member) or O (Non-Member PSRS as Non-Certificated), the annual base salary is set to 0.00. FLSA overtime is typically not included in annual base salary calculations, as annual salary is derived from pay rate records, not check history. |
