OASIS Report - File Layouts And Data Mapping - Annual Base Salary Only - File Header (Record Type 006)

The following table shows the positions, position names, descriptions, and data sources or valid values for the Annual Base Salary file’s File Header record (Type 006).

1	Record Type	Identifies the record type.	The valid value is 006.
2	School Year	The school year for the reporting period.	Retrieved from the School Year field on the MO OASIS Report - Report page.
3	Weekly Included	Indicates whether employees with a weekly pay frequency are included.	Valid values: Y N Calculated during the file generation process. The system determines if any payroll records exist with pay type W (Weekly) for the selected school year and report month. Set to Y if weekly employees are included, otherwise N.
4	Bi-Weekly Included	Indicates whether employees with a bi-weekly pay frequency are included.	Valid values: Y N Calculated during the file generation process. The system determines if any payroll records exist with pay type B (Bi-Weekly) for the selected school year and report month. Set to Y if bi-weekly employees are included, otherwise N.
5	Semi-Monthly Included	Indicates whether employees with a semi-monthly pay frequency are included.	Valid values: Y N Calculated during the file generation process. The system determines if any payroll records exist with pay type S (Semi-Monthly) for the selected school year and report month. Set to Y if semi-monthly employees are included, otherwise N.
6	Monthly Included	Indicates whether employees with a monthly pay frequency are included.	Valid values: Y N Calculated during the file generation process. The system determines if any payroll records exist with pay type M (Monthly) for the selected school year and report month. Set to Y if monthly employees are included, otherwise N.
7	Other Included	Indicates whether other employees with a different pay frequency are included.	Valid values: Y N Calculated during the file generation process. The system determines if any payroll records exist with pay type O (Other) for the selected school year and report month. Set to Y if other pay type employees are included, otherwise N.
8	Unique ID	The system-generated unique identifier.	System-generated during the file generation process. The system automatically generates a unique identifier by concatenating the current date (yyyymmdd) and time (HHMMSS) at the moment of file creation.
9	Employer ID	The District number assigned by the PSRS/PEERS administration.	Retrieved from the District Number field on the Human Resources Profile – State page.
10	Employer Final Pay	Indicates whether any employees have final pay in this submission.	Valid values: Y N Calculated during the file generation process. The system determines if any payroll records exist with district_final_pay = 'Y' for the selected school year and report month. Set to Y if any employee has final pay, otherwise N.
