Use the MO Annual Secretary of the Board Report - Revenue Detail - Setup - Data Crosswalk - Fund page to map your district's local fund codes to the Missouri state-required ASBR Fund Types for the Annual Secretary of the Board Report.

On the MO Annual Secretary of the Board Report - Revenue Detail page, select Setup and then Data Crosswalk.

From the Crosswalk Type drop-down list, select Fund.

Select the Year for the cosswalk data.

Filter records using the filter criteria. To enter filter criteria:

Select an option in the first field.

Select or enter a value.

Select Add if the button is enabled.

To add a record, select Add Record. Refer to the Field descriptions and enter valid information in the required fields. Select Save, and then Yes.

To edit a record, select the ellipsis in the Actions column and then select Edit. Update the information and select Save.

To delete a record, select the ellipsis in the Actions column, select Delete, and then select Yes.
