Use the MO OASIS Report - Load page to load retirement information from payroll data into the Missouri OASIS (Online Automated Submission and Information System) reporting tables. This page allows users to specify the criteria for extracting payroll check data and populating OASIS retirement records for a specific school year and reporting month.

On the MO OASIS Report page, select Load.

Refer to the Field descriptions and enter or select the required load criteria.

Select Load, and then Yes.

If data for the selected criteria is loaded, select Yes to delete and reload the data.

Save the Load Summary report file and select OK.

If errors are encountered, save the Load Error log and select OK.

Navigate to the file location.

Inspect the files. Refer to Maintain data and update the data as necessary.

Repeat these steps until no errors are encountered and all required data is loaded.
Field descriptions

School Year |
The fiscal school year (e.g., 2023-2024) for which OASIS retirement data will be extracted. The current school year is the default. |

Report Month |
The month within the school year for which retirement data will be extracted. The month selection automatically updates the date range for check issue dates. An extra month (13) option is available for year-end processing. Valid values:

Report Period |
The pay period within the selected month for which retirement data will be extracted. Valid values:

Check Issue Start Date |
The beginning date range of the payroll check issue for which retirement data will be extracted. |

Check Issue End Date |
The ending date range of the payroll check issue for which retirement data will be extracted. |
|
District Final Pay |
Indicates that the current load represents the district's final payroll for the school year. When this option is selected, the system marks the extracted records as final pay records for PSRS/PEERS year-end processing. |

Load Annual Salaries |
Indicates whether annual salary information should be included in the OASIS data extraction. When this option is selected, the system retrieves and loads annual salary data from employee pay rate records. |
|
Pay Runs to Exclude |
The specific pay runs within the selected date range that should be excluded from the OASIS data extraction. The available pay runs are automatically updated based on the check issue date range entered. |
