Use the MI ORS-PSERS - Reference Tables - Full and Half Day Pay Codes page to add, edit, or delete full and half-day pay codes records.
When the employee's Pay Rate has a Pay Method of D, the time units from the check history records are multiplied by the full-day or half-day hours in the retirement pay code records.

On the MI ORS-PSERS (Public School Employees Retirement) page, select Reference Tables, then Full and Half Day Pay Codes.

Filter records using the filter criteria. To enter filter criteria:

Select an option in the first field.

Select or enter a value.

Select Add if the button is enabled.
Refer to Search for Records for more information.-
To add a record, select Add Record. Refer to the Field descriptions, enter valid information, and select Save.

To edit a record, select the ellipsis in the Actions column and then select Edit. Update the information and select Save.

To delete a record, select the ellipsis in the Actions column, select Delete, and then select Yes.

To download the information, select Download, then select Download PDF or Download as an Excel Document.
