Specify degrees earned by employees to report Michigan-sponsored and non-Michigan sponsored institution information for Michigan Education Information System (MEIS) Registry of Educational Personnel (REP) reporting.
Specify Degree Information For Regular Employees
Regular employees do not have a Pending Status of Add Pending on the Employee Information page.

On the start page, choose Human Resources.

Click Entry & Processing, then choose Employee Information (under Employee).

Specify the search criteria, then click Search.
Alternatively, you can select Exclude Pending Employees, then click Search. -
Double-click the relevant employee record.

Click Personnel Information, then choose Degrees.

Enter valid information in all the fields. Click Insert Row to add another degree.

Click Accept.
Specify Degree Information For Pending Employees
Pending employees have a Pending Status of Add Pending on the Employee Information page.

On the start page, choose Human Resources.

Click Entry & Processing, then choose Employee Information (under Employee).

Specify the search criteria, then click Search.
Alternatively, you can select Only List Pending Employees, then click Search. -
Double-click the relevant employee record.

Click Degree Information (under Personnel).

Enter valid information in all the fields. Click Insert Row to add another degree.

Click Finish.
Select Sponsoring if the school is the Michigan/Non-Michigan sponsored institution for the employee.
