Assignments are automatically loaded into the assignment history when the Save Employee Rates option is used. Assignments are used when the Use Assignment Table option on the LA PEP Report - Setup page is not selected. Not all fields in the assignment history table are displayed on the LA PEP Report- Setup - Employee Rates - Assignments page.
Use the LA PEP Report - Setup - Employee Rates - Assignments page to maintain distribution data records.

On the LA PEP Report - Setup page, select Employee Rates, and then Assignments.

Enter the Search Criteria to find the required distribution data records, and then select Search.
Refer to Search for records for more information.-
To add a record, select Add new. Refer to the Field descriptions, enter valid information, and select Accept.

To edit a record, select the record and select Accept. Update the information and select Accept.

To delete, select Delete, and then Yes.

The percent of time for the assignment. For example, enter 0.5 to imply 50%. |

This field is deprecated and no longer used. |

Location |
The locally-defined site code. |

State Fund |
The state fund. This field value must match the Fund field value for the selected Assignment Code on the Assignment Codes page. |

State Object |
The state object. This field value must match the Object field value for the selected Assignment Code on the Assignment Codes page. |

State Function |
The state function. This field value must match the Function field value for the selected Assignment Code on the Assignment Codes page. |
