LA PEP Report - Create Files - PEP - Online Submission

  1. On the LA PEP Report - Reports page’s Report Type section, select PEP.

  2. In the Report Option section, select Online Submission.

  3. Select the Year, Submission Type, and Non-Attendance Date Range.

  4. Select Accept.

  5. In the Print dialog, select OK. The default file name is lapep.tpe. You can change the default file name.

  6. Download the .tpe file from the View Files page.

  7. Navigate to the folder containing the report file.

  8. Inspect the file. Refer to Maintain data and update it if necessary.

  9. Repeat these steps until all the required data is included.
