The default file name for the LA Unique Id upload file is <District ID>_000_STAFF_<YYYYMMDDhhmm>.csv.
The following are the layouts for the three record types included in the file:
The Header and Trailer records should be delimited by a single tab or space character. The Trailer should have no empty spaces or data after the last Trailer column.
