MN - Acct Manager / Rev Class - Issues

The following issues are fixed for MN Acct Manager / Rev class module:

• Timeout on Sorting in Acct Manager / Rev class fields is fixed.

• Filters appearing in the results grid for Acct Manager / Rev class are now based on the titles set in the fund accounting profile.

• Rev Manager / Acct Manager update is fixed for records with empty Rev class / Acct Manager.

• Validation added to check to allow maximum of three characters for Rev Class Code and five for Acct Manager Code.

• Performance issues with Copy functionality for Acct Manager / Rev Class are fixed.

MN PERA - Demographic PDF report - pulling same gender

MN PERA - Demographic PDF report was reporting the same gender. This issue has been fixed to get the gender from the already reported section if there is no change in gender.

Issue with Numeric Data in Excel Output

An issue related to numeric data representation in the Excel output has been addressed in this release. In the previous version, certain fields that represented dollar amounts were formatted as text, which prevented the calculations. This issue has been fixed by converting the below-affected fields back to their original numeric format or by reverting the programming change and keeping the output as Excel.

The following reports and respective fields have been changed to ensure the correct representation of numeric data in Excel output:

• UFARS Maintenance Screen download:

  • AMOUNT

  • BUDGET ADOPTED

  • BUDGET REVISED

  • BUDGET NEXT YEAR

  • BEGINNING BALANCE

  • YTD DEBIT

  • YTD CREDIT

• MN Quarterly Unemployment Report Maintenance Screen download:

  • TOTAL QUARTERLY WAGES

  • HOURS WORKED
