EFIN-87530 | New PERA Annual Leave Report option is added | A new PERA Annual Leave Report option is added to the Human Resources - State menu. Use this option to create a report listing all leaves that resulted in unpaid time during the year. The local government employers are expected to report based on a calendar year, and the school employers must report on a fiscal year basis. Before loading the data for this report, the employer must verify the retirement deductions are set correctly and Leave Types are defined in the Setup option. After the data is loaded for the year, the user can use the Report option to create a hard copy report, Excel file, or generate the state-required electronic file format. |
EFIN-99686 | Minnesota W2C Adjustment for RCS Records | The Minnesota W2C electronic file will include the correct state wages and taxes regardless of whether a correction is made to them when an RCS record is produced. Previously, state wages and taxes were included when a correction was made. |
EFIN-103796 | Issue with Numeric Data in Excel Output | An issue related to numeric data representation in the Excel output has been addressed in this release. In the previous version, certain fields representing dollar amounts were formatted as text, and preventing the calculations. This issue has been fixed by converting the below-affected fields to their original numeric format, reverting the programming change, and keeping the output as Excel. The following reports and respective fields have been changed to ensure the correct representation of numeric data in Excel output:
