Prior Year Staff Report - File Layout and Data Mapping

The default file name for the Prior Year Staff report is mdstaff_pyrpt.csv.

C	SUBJECT 1	The code of the subject 1 taught the prior year.	For a list of valid values, refer to Data Element: Subject in the Data Definitions and Instructions section of the Staff Reporting System Specifications and Procedures Manual. Retrieved from the Subject 1 field in the Prior Year section on the Position tab of the Annual Staff Information form of the MD Annual Staff Report page.
D	CERTIFICATE 1	Indicates if the teacher is certificated in the subject reported in Subject 1 in the previous year.	Retrieved from the Certificated field for Subject 1 in the Prior Year section on the Position tab of the Annual Staff Information form of the MD Annual Staff Report page.
E	FTE 1	The full-time equivalency (FTE) spent teaching subject 1 in the prior year.	Retrieved from the FTE field for Subject 1 in the Prior Year section on the Position tab of the Annual Staff Information form of the MD Annual Staff Report page.
F	SUBJECT 2	The code of the subject 2 taught the prior year.
