The following issues have been resolved:

EFIN-140491	MSDE Transaction Details Report \| Encumbrances Logic Enhancement	The MD MSDE Transaction Details Report has been enhanced to include Outstanding Encumbrances for all the periods of the selected year. Load Screen Changes The checkbox label, “Include Outstanding Encumbrances,” is displayed when Period 13 is selected. Load Logic changes Selecting the “Include Outstanding Encumbrances” checkbox will include all the outstanding encumbrances for the entire year for the LOCAL GL ACCOUNT KEY. The transaction date defaults to 6/30/<reporting year>. For example, if the Reporting Year is 2025, the default transaction date is 6/30/2025. Also, the LOCAL TRANSACTION DETAIL KEY will include “;17” at the end as an encumbrances marker and also for restricting duplicates. Hard Copy - Excel changes The Hard Copy – Excel file contains the Transaction source name: "OUTSTANDING ENCUMBRANCES" for easy identification.
EFIN-140707	MD Annual Staff Report \| Type 2 record fix	The 'Employee already exists' bug is fixed for MD Annual Staff Report Type 2 records when adding a second record for the same employee and year, but with different combinations of Position, Building, and Budget.

MSDE Transaction Details Report | Encumbrances Logic Enhancement

The MD MSDE Transaction Details Report has been enhanced to include Outstanding Encumbrances for all the periods of the selected year.

Load Screen Changes
The checkbox label, “Include Outstanding Encumbrances,” is displayed when Period 13 is selected.

Load Logic changes
- Selecting the “Include Outstanding Encumbrances” checkbox will include all the outstanding encumbrances for the entire year for the LOCAL GL ACCOUNT KEY.
