The following issues have been resolved:

The MSDE has requested Entity data, General Ledger Accounts data, Transaction details, and Period Balances to be sent to the Maryland Department of Education in a .tsv file format. As part of this release, a new MSDE Entities Report menu option is added (Fund Accounting > State > MSDE Entities Report option). The user can use this option to report the Entity data to the State Financial System in a .tsv file. In this report, the Location School code (HRM > Reference Tables > Personnel > Locations) with NCES ID is reported as an Entity. There will be an entry called LEA attributing to all the Locations without NCES ID.
