Before generating the reports, enter valid information on the Human Resources Profile - State page.

On the start page, select System Administration.

Select Administration, then from the Profiles menu, select Human Resources Profile.

Select State Window.

Refer to the Field descriptions and enter valid information.

Select Accept.

Employee Location Code |
The four-character code that indicates the employee’s location. This code represents the first four characters of the eight-character Location field value on the Employee Information form of the MD Retirement Systems Report page. The State Retirement Agency assigns the location. |

Use Budget Code Crosswalk |
Indicates whether to use the MD Budget Code Crosswalk to relate the system budget code to the MSDE budget code for terminated employees. |

Indicates whether to enable and use the GL Account Crosswalk to load data for the following reports:
