NE NSSRS Report - Staff Position Assignments Report - File Layout and Data Mapping

The default file name for the Staff Position Assignments report is <county-district code>_staff_position_assignments.csv.

B	District Code	The NDE county-district number (##-####) associated with the position assignment.	Retrieved from the District field on the Position Assignments tab of the NE NSSRS Report page.
C	School	The school number where the position assignment is located.	Retrieved from the School field on the Position Assignments tab of the NE NSSRS Report page.
D	NDE Staff ID	The 10-digit staff identification number assigned by the Nebraska Department of Education.	Retrieved from the NDE Staff ID field on the Staff Demographics tab of the NE NSSRS Report page.
E	Employee Number	The employee’s identification (ID) number.	Retrieved from the Employee Number field on the Staff Demographics tab of the NE NSSRS Report page.
F	Last Name	The employee's last name.	Retrieved from the Last Name field on the Staff Demographics tab of the NE NSSRS Report page.
G	First Name	The employee’s first name.	Retrieved from the First Name field on the Staff Demographics tab of the NE NSSRS Report page.
H	Middle Initial	The employee's middle initial.	Retrieved from the Middle Initial field on the Staff Demographics tab of the NE NSSRS Report page.
I	Suffix	The employee’s name suffix.	Retrieved from the Suffix field on the Staff Demographics tab of the NE NSSRS Report page.
J	Controlling District	The county-district code (##-####) of the district that controls the position.	Retrieved from the Controlling District field on the Position Assignments tab of the NE NSSRS Report page.
K	Assignment Code	The Special Program Indicator code for the assignment, followed by the state position assignment code for the role.	Retrieved from the SPI field and the Code field on the Position Assignments tab of the NE NSSRS Report page (combined as SPI-Code).
L	FTE	The Full Time Equivalent value representing the portion of a full-time position.	Retrieved from the FTE field on the Position Assignments tab of the NE NSSRS Report page.
M	Assignment Date	The start date of the position assignment.	Retrieved from the Assignment Date field on the Position Assignments tab of the NE NSSRS Report page.
N	Completion Date	The end or completion date of the position assignment.	Retrieved from the Completion Date field on the Position Assignments tab of the NE NSSRS Report page.
O	School Year End Date	The ending date of the school year for which the NSSRS report is being generated.	Retrieved from the School Year field on the NE NSSRS Report - Reports page.
P	Days Worked	The number of days worked in this position assignment.	Retrieved from the Days Worked field on the Position Assignments tab of the NE NSSRS Report page.
