The 10-digit staff identification number assigned by the Nebraska Department of Education.

The name of the demographic field whose value differs between the prior and current report dates.

Dynamically generated based on which field differs between the prior and current report dates. The field name corresponds to one of the following fields from the NE NSSRS Report page:

• Staff Demographics tab: School Number, NDE County District Number, NDE Staff ID, Social Security, Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial, Suffix, Gender, Hispanic Descent, Race (1-5), Email Address
