NE NSSRS Report - Staff Demographics Report - File Layout and Data Mapping

The default file name for the Staff Demographics report is <county-district code>_staff_demographics.csv.

Columns S to Y are set to 0 or blank for employees who only have Paraprofessional, Substitute, or Coach assignments.

The employee’s first name.

Indicates which paraprofessional assessment the employee has passed.

The valid values are 0-5.

Indicates whether the organization holds the employee's contract.

Valid values:

  • 1 = Yes

  • 2 = No

The date the organization most recently contracted the staff member.
