The audit log displays the changed record values, indicating whether they were added, deleted, or had their amount updated. Records with an account code change have the original and new records in the audit log.

On the IA Certified Annual Report (CAR) page, select Reports, and then Audit Log.

Select the Reporting Year. The default is the current year.

Select PDF or Excel.

Select Create, and then Yes.

Save the file and select OK.

Navigate to the folder containing the report file.

Inspect the file. Update data if needed.

Repeat these steps until all the required data is included.
The default file names are:

Excel: IA Certified Annual Report (CAR)_Audit Log_<MMDDYYYY>_<hhmmss>.csv
