Use the Copy option to copy all Categorical State Fund Balances data from one year to another.

On the IA Certified Annual Report (CAR) page, select Categorical State Fund Balances, and then Copy.

Select the Year to Copy and Year to Create.

Select Copy.
Both crosswalk-only and non-crosswalk items are copied to the new year. For non-crosswalk records, a new beginning balance is calculated.
