ORS-PSERS - Setup - Full and Half Day Pay Codes

Use the MI ORS-PSERS - Reference Tables - Full and Half Day Pay Codes page to add, edit, or delete full and half-day pay codes records.

When the employee's Pay Rate has a Pay Method of D, the time units from the check history records are multiplied by the full-day or half-day hours in the retirement pay code records.

  1. On the MI ORS-PSERS (Public School Employees Retirement) page, select Reference Tables, then Full and Half Day Pay Codes.

  2. Filter records using the filter criteria. To enter filter criteria:

    1. Select an option in the first field.

    2. Select or enter a value.

    3. Select Add if the button is enabled.
      Refer to Search for Records for more information.

      • To add a record, select Add Record. Refer to the Field descriptions, enter valid information, and select Save.

      • To edit a record, select the ellipsis in the Actions column and then select Edit. Update the information and select Save.

      • To delete a record, select the ellipsis in the Actions column, select Delete, and then select Yes.

      • To download the information, select Download, then select Download PDF or Download as an Excel Document.

Field

Description

Pay Code

The valid pay codes associated with daily rates.

Pay Type

The pay type.

Valid values:

  • F – Full Day

  • H – Half Day

Hours Per Day

The number of hours credited to each timecard unit (day) for the corresponding daily pay code.
