Set Up Race Codes
Before generating reports, ensure that you set up valid race codes on the Race Code Table page.

On the start page, select Menu, then Human Resources, then Reference Tables, then Personnel, and choose Race Codes.

Specify the search criteria to find the required race codes.

Click Find.

To add a record, click Add New. Refer to Valid Race Or Ethnicity Codes and specify valid information in the required fields. Click OK.

You can edit or delete records:

To edit a record, double-click the relevant record.

To delete a record, click Delete. Click Yes.
Enter the two-digit race categories as defined by ISBE in the State Code field.
