Illinois IMRF, FICA, and Medicare benefit charging requires a specific setup of the Organization Chart.

On the start page, select Menu, then Fund Accounting, then Reference Tables, and choose Organization Chart.

Specify the search criteria.

Click Find.

To add a record, click Add New. Specify valid information in the required fields and click OK.

You can edit or delete records:

To edit a record, double-click the relevant record.

To delete a record, click Delete. Click Yes.

Each Key Organization intended to be used as an expenditure charge for salaries and benefits must contain the Fund at the beginning of the key organization.
