Use the CT UCOA Municipal Trial Balance Report - Copy Year page to copy profile and crosswalk data from one year to another. You must perform this procedure when transitioning to a new fiscal year.

On the CT UCOA Municipal Trial Balance Report page, select Copy Year.

Select the Year to Copy and Year to Create.

Select Copy and then Yes.

If validation errors are encountered, click OK.

Correct the errors and repeat these steps.

If data for the selected Year to Create exists, select Yes to delete and recopy the data.
