This modification allows users to submit the file in the updated format for FTP filers with the following: The Quarterly Wage Report is in .txt format with a 276 fixed character length (updated as per the latest specification). In the old specification, the S record was limited to 177 characters.) Each file that contains wages will have one S record per reportable employee followed by a T record for the Employer.
