EFIN-142386	CT \| Paid Leave Report \| Minor fixes	The electronic file name for the Return File has been updated to this example format: CTPL_RTN_123456789_00_20210112152238.csv, where 123456789 is the employer’s FEIN, 00 is your revision number, and 20210112152238 is a date/time stamp. The revision number is always 00. The date/time stamp is based on the server time, which is EST/EDT. The load logic has been updated to include only employees with the Paid Leave Active Deduction.

The electronic file name for the Return File has been updated to this example format: CTPL_RTN_123456789_00_20210112152238.csv, where 123456789 is the employer’s FEIN, 00 is your revision number, and 20210112152238 is a date/time stamp.

The revision number is always 00.
The date/time stamp is based on the server time, which is EST/EDT.

The load logic has been updated to include only employees with the Paid Leave Active Deduction.
