The State Expenditure Codes upload file is a space-delimited .txt or .dat file.
Use this file to import State Expenditure codes on the PA Annual Financial Report - Expenditures - State Expenditures - Load External page.
Each non-blank row must contain exactly four columns in this order:
Fund Function Object ESFTL-Ind [Status]
Example
The following is an example row in the import file:
10 1110 100 ESFTL
The optional Status field can be used to identify records to delete. The E, S, F, T, and L indicators determine whether elementary, secondary, federal, total, and LEA-wide reporting applies.
After this row is imported, the system creates the following record on the PA Annual Financial Report - Expenditures - State Expenditures page.
