The default file names for the PA Annual Financial Detail – Expenditures report are:

The file layout differs depending on whether Full Account Structure (FAS) is turned off or enabled:

FAS Off

G	ACCOUNT NUMBER	The full account string for the expenditure account. This is the combined account string built from all segments defined by the Full Account Structure configuration. When Full Account Structure is enabled, the separate Key Organization and Account fields are replaced by a single Full Account field.
H	TITLE	The title of the expenditure account, as stored in the expenditure ledger.	Populated during the file creation process. Retrieved from the expledgr.title field (or revledgr.title / genledgr.title if the account is a revenue or general ledger account) for the account identified by the full account string.
I	FUNCTION	The local expenditure function code.	Populated during the file creation process. Retrieved from the Function field on the PA Annual Financial Report - Expenditure Detail page. When Full Account Structure is enabled, the local function code shifts from column H to column I, and column H is replaced by the expenditure ledger title.
J	FINAL AMOUNT	The final dollar amount.	Retrieved from the Final field on the PA Annual Financial Report - Expenditure Detail page.
K	ELEMENTARY AMOUNT	The dollar amount for Kindergarten through Sixth Grade expenditures.	Retrieved from the Elementary field on the PA Annual Financial Report - Expenditure Detail page.
