Include RCS record for demographic changes in the W2C electronic file.

Menu path: Human Resources > Periodic Routines > Year End > W2C Processing

The RCS record is now created in the PA Electronic W2C file if there are any demographic data corrections only, including Social Security, first name, last name, or middle name. The changes will also appear on the W2C Report generated with the electronic file.
