PA Annual Financial Report Improvements |
Menu path: Fund Accounting > State > PA Annual Financial Report - Revenues / Expenditures When searching for accounts on the PA Annual Financial Report Revenue and Expenditure Crosswalk pages, searching for an invalid or non-existent account number now displays the message "No records found, modify search criteria" on the Account Search page, providing clear feedback consistent with Fund Search. In the PA AFR Load process, the error report now behaves as a standard report: the user selects PDF or Excel output, and the report downloads for review. Additionally, page titles for Revenue and Expenditure Crosswalk Copy and Load External screens have been corrected to reflect "State Revenue" and "State Expenditure", and error log messages have been updated to align with state reporting terminology. |
