Prevent Duplicate Records in PA Local Tax Monthly/Quarterly Report for Local Service Tax

Menu path: Human Resources > State > PA Local Tax > PA Local Tax Monthly/Quarterly Report (LST-Local Service Tax Report Type)

Employees with prior locations were printing duplicate records for their current tax location when reporting LST deduction amounts. These duplicate records are now ignored.
