NE NSSRS Report - Setup - Import Days Worked

Use the NE NSSRS Report - Import Substitute Days Worked page to import substitute days worked data from a CSV file for a selected report date.

  • The employee must have a substitute position assignment on the specified report date for the update to be applied.

  • Substitute position assignments are identified by the Substitute State Position Codes configured on the Human Resources Profile – State page.

  1. On the NE NSSRS Report page, select Import Days Worked.

  2. Select the Report Date.

  3. In the Upload Criteria section, select the File Source.

  4. If you select Workstation, select Upload.

  5. Navigate to the location of the .csv file. Drag and drop the file onto the File to Import dialog box, then select Accept. For information about the Substitute Days Worked import file format, refer to Substitute Days Worked - Import File Format.

  6. If you select Server, select the Directory, enter the Server File Name, and select Accept.

  7. Select the Destination for the error log file:

    • Select File to create the error log in .rpt format. The default file name is nssrs_daysWorkedImport.rpt. You can change the default file name.

    • Select PDF to download the error log in .pdf format. The default file name is nssrs_daysWorkedImport_<#####>.pdf.

  8. Select OK.

    • Download the .rpt file from the View Files page.

    • Save the .pdf file.

  9. Review the error log, make the necessary corrections, and then repeat this procedure.
