Organization Code | X(5) | 5-9 | Five-digit field consisting of the defined reporting unit number. The first four digits are the number assigned to the individual reporting unit followed by a zero except for Henry Ford Community College, which has a trailing 1. |
Organization Name | X(30) | 10-39 | Name of the reporting unit. |
Reporting Period End Date | 9(8) | 40-47 | Last date of the pay period. |
Date Created | 9(8) | 48-55 | The date the data file is created. |
Service Center Code | X(5) | 56-60 | The five-digit code of the service center that prepared the file, if applicable. |
Service Center Name | X(30) | 61-90 | The name of the service center. |
