Header Record
The following table shows the field names, descriptions, positions, lengths, formats, data sources or valid values, and whether the field is required for the ORS-PSERS Retirement report’s header record.

Organization Code | The five-digit organization number. The first four digits are the number assigned to the individual reporting unit. Reporting Period End Date | The last day of the reporting period. The format is MMDDYYYY. A reporting period is defined as a specific time frame during which payments and adjustments are made, as per your payroll calendar. Enter the report's start and end dates on the Create Report screen when submitting your file.
