Employee Information - Defined Windows - Page 10 - Maryland Annual Staff Report Information | New field Instruct Coach added

A new optional field, called “Instruct Coach,” has been added to the Employee Information - Defined Windows - Page 10 - Maryland Annual Staff Report Information, to support the new Instructional Coach field for the MD Annual Staff Report. This is the only source for populating the Instructional Coach information in the MD Annual Staff Report.

Also, the data for Instructional Coach is populated through User Defined Table - IC, which is already configured, in the HRM Profile - State window.

MD Annual Staff Report | Load Enhancement to support the new fields

The MD Annual Staff Report Load logic is enhanced to support the new fields.

1. The load screen has an optional field, “Include Email Domains.”

   1. If this is left Blank, Email is loaded with the preference given to the Email field. If the Email field is blank, then the Personal Email field will be fetched from the Employee Information.

   2. If this option is used, only the included email domains data will be loaded, regardless of whether it’s present in either the Email or Personal Email fields of the Employee Information.

2. Instructional Coach

   • The instructional coach, as defined on the Defined Window Page 10 of the MD Annual Staff Report, will be extracted, and this is the only source for this field.

3. Years of Experience

   • The Years of Experience field is now populated for all position codes, as opposed to the earlier logic of fetching it only for position codes 01-25.

   • Need to extract this field for all the position codes.

The Maintenance page of the MD Annual Staff Report has been enhanced in the edit/view panel of the record to display the new fields: Instructional Coach (Employment tab) and Email Address (Demographic section of the Demographic Information tab), as per the latest 2025 specifications.
