EFIN-150082	MD \| Annual Staff Report \| 2026-2027 Changes \| Assignment Screen Changes	According to the 2026-2027 spec changes, a new flag for Community School Coordinator, which can be used for Position Code 25, has been added to the Employee Information → Personnel Information → Assignments page.
EFIN-150083	MD \| Annual Staff Report \| 2026-2027 Changes \| Load Logic Changes	According to the 2026-2027 spec changes, the load logic has been enhanced to fetch the Community School Coordinator flag for Position Code 25 from Employee Assignments if it is marked.
EFIN-150084	MD \| Annual Staff Report \| 2026-2027 Changes \| Maintenance Screen Changes	The Maryland Annual Staff Report maintenance page has been updated with the following enhancements for 2026-2027: New “Community School Coordinator” flag – A new field has been added to the Position → Position tab of the maintenance page add/view record panel. This flag applies only to Position Code 25. If the flag is selected for any other position code, the following validation message is displayed: “The Community School Coordinator flag is applicable only for Position Code 25.” Updated default sorting order – The maintenance page now displays records in the following default sort order: Report Year (descending), Employee Number (ascending), Position Code (ascending), Budget Code (ascending), and Building (ascending).
EFIN-150087	MD \| Annual Staff Report \| 2026-2027 Changes \| Hardcopy PDF Changes	The hard copy PDF structure of the MD Annual Staff Report has been enhanced for legibility, and the new Community School Coordinator flag has been added.
EFIN-150088	MD \| Annual Staff Report \| 2026-2027 Changes \| Hardcopy Excel Changes	A new hard copy Excel option has been added to the MD Annual Staff Report, along with adding the new Community School Coordinator. The Excel file contains all the maintenance page fields required for electronic file reporting, in the same sequence.
EFIN-150089	MD \| Annual Staff Report \| 2026-2027 Changes \| Electronic File Changes	According to the 2026-2027 spec changes, the electronic file format of the MD Annual Staff Report has been enhanced to print the Community School Coordinator flag at positions 391 and 62 for Type 1 and Type 2 records, applicable only to Position Code 25.
