EFIN-155372	MD Annual Staff Report - Electronic File Extension Change	Per the latest specs based on the security implementation, the MD Staff Report Electronic file extension has changed from .tpe to .txt. This change only applies to mdstaff.tpe, whose extension has now been changed to mdstaff.txt. No other changes have been made to the electronic file format or to other hard copy reports.
