EFIN-132572	Maryland Database Updates Changed to Prevent Error with Invalid Setup	One process in the Maryland database updates is meant to pre-populate the Career Ladder reference table. This would be based on the Career Ladder Code from the Human Resources Profile - State page. If the code in that field on the profile were somehow set to a value longer than two characters, it would fail to properly check for duplicate records and cause a fatal error. This has been modified to check for a two-character Career Ladder Table Code before inserting the reference table records. This will also present an error to the emd_detail error log.
