EFIN-128266	Maryland State Filing for 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC	The ability to generate state files for Maryland 1099 filing is now added to Fund Accounting > Periodic Routines > 1099 Processing > Generate 1099-MISC Electronic File and Generate 1099-NEC Electronic File. This file only includes vendors with state tax withholding and requires entering the Central Registration Number when checking the State File option to generate a Maryland file.
EFIN-130266	Revenue Budget - Transaction Code 20, 21 Enhancement	The MD MSDE Transaction Detail Report Load process added the transaction amount related to transaction codes 20 and 21 instead of subtracting. This has been addressed.
