LA PEP Report Correction for Loading Without Using the Assignment Table

Menu path: Human Resources > State > LA PEP Report > Load

The following issues, occurring only where the LA PEP Report Setup does not have ‘User Assignment Table’ checked, are now corrected:

When loading the Site/Position records, it will no longer process pay rates whose start and end dates are outside the specified report dates.
When using the annual minutes override field on the Defined Page 1000 - Louisiana PEP Data page, the minutes were sometimes multiplied by each loaded pay rate. This has been corrected.
Crosswalking of site codes to state location codes has been expanded so that a three-character site code maps to a lengthier location code in the Personnel Location table.
