The following table lists the Louisiana State Reporting reports created in the application, a brief description, and the timeline for the submission of the report. Additionally, we list the state document that the Louisiana State Reporting application was written to adhere to, if applicable.

LA Profile of Educational Personnel (LA PEP Report) | The purpose of the Profile of Educational Personnel (PEP) is to provide information about individual personnel working in Louisiana public schools. The information includes demographic information, professional qualifications, job assignment and compensation, employment status, professional improvement program (PIP) salary information, and non-attendance data. | There are three reporting periods in PEP. During budgeting (snapshot as of October 1st), school districts are required to submit LEA staff counts and budgeted salaries. During LEADS (snapshot as of October 1st), school districts are required to submit highly qualified information and class schedules. LA Retirement Report - Annual | This report provides earnings information to the TRSL. This file must include all payees paid by the employer, including payroll, accounts payable, and 1099 payments. This module also creates the TRSL January Return to Work (ACT 921) file and the House and Senate Retirement Committee Return to Work (ACT 921) File (Louisiana Rehire Reports). | State law requires employers to report certain information to TRSL each year within 45 days after June 30. The deadline is August 15. LA Retirement Report - Monthly | The monthly contributions report submitted to TRSL (Teacher Retirement Systems of Louisiana) provides salaries earned and contributions paid by TRSL members.
