Associate Teacher field added to LA PEP Report

Menu path: Human Resources > Entry & Processing > Employee > Employee Information > Defined Windows > 1000 - Louisiana PEP Data

An Associate Teacher field has been added to the Defined Page 1000 - Louisiana PEP Data page. This is a Y/N flag indicating whether the employee is an associate teacher during PEP reporting. The field is also added to the Human Resources > State > LA PEP Report's Maintenance page, Load page, and reports.
