PEP Pay Type and New Field Updates |
The LA PEP pay types have been revised to align with state-defined reporting requirements. Type 5 is now ‘One Time Non-recurring Compensation’, and type 6 is removed. The installer will delete any type 6 values from pay code data. Districts should verify that any type 5 values are correct. The new field DCFS_MANDATED_REPORTER_TRAINING is added to the Defined Page 1000 and to the LA PEP Report maintenance page. When running the load, the value from the defined window will be copied to the PEP report record. The new field is included in the final positions of the EdLink report files staff_ext.tsv and contract_staff_ext.tsv. The existing salary reduction code field is also now included in the staff_ext.tsv file. |
